Our monthly lite service plan includes:
Firewall and Network configuration and backups.
1 on-site hour per month included. (Each visit outside of contract remains at $50/hr)
Monthly review of firewall status, uptime, and basic configuration integrity
Contacting ISP or software vendors on their behalf for basic issues
Customer must purchase a firewall from ITS.
