Basic endpoint status review.
Network and Firewall configuration and backups.
Network overview and mapping (firewall, switch, and access points).
Comprehensive network security assessment during onboarding.
Contacting ISP or software vendors on their behalf for basic issues.
1 on-site hour per month included. (Each visit outside of contract remains at $50/hr)
